Punching and Stamping

The most common form of gasket production is by punching and stamping two-dimensional components from sheet or strip material.

Our production for punch cut parts are among the most varied in the gasket industry.  They range from skilled hand fabrication to the latest fully automatic receeding head cutting machines.  Water jet cutting and vertical and angle bandknife/contour cutting machines.

Rubber Extrusions

Over many years of involvement with rubber extrusions A.C.P. have built up a network of reliable manufacturers each with their own areas of speciality.  This allows us to use the ideal producer for your requirements.

We have access to hundreds of extrusion dies which may be suitable for your purposes. We can offer a custom designed product and would be only too happy to quote against your drawings.

Extrusions can be cut to specific lengths, therefore saving production time at the customers expense.
